All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the specific service description or agreed upon in writing by Qplus Learning. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Qplus Learning, considering factors such as the nature of the service, time elapsed since purchase, and the reason for requesting a refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Specific exclusions apply to non-refundable transactions, including service fees, subscription charges, and processing fees (as outlined below).

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Our services are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis and are non-refundable; consequently, no refunds will be issued. Q Plus Learning Pvt. Ltd. does not provide prorated refunds for cancelled subscription plans. Refunds or credits are not offered for partial months of service. To ensure fair treatment for all users, no exceptions will be made to this policy.

Non-Refundable Transactions: Certain transactions are non-refundable, including but not limited to Service fees Subscription charges Processing fees Other Training fees Refund Process: To initiate a refund, users must contact our customer support team via email within the specified refund period. Users must provide transaction details, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence for consideration.

4. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. In cases where this is not feasible, alternative refund methods may be discussed with the user.
