As such, our recruitment processes has been refined over the years to ensure that each candidate goes through a rigorous recruitment process. This provides us the unique ability to provide you with skills not easily available in the market.
Below is a brief of our recruitment process:
SCREEN INTERVIEW This is the first stage during which preliminary information is gathered and judgments made about the candidate's professional, educational and personal background. This gives an opportunity to identify gaps, if any, between the company's mission and that of the candidate's personal aspirations.
SKILLS INVENTORY APPLICATION Each candidate is required to fill out an application that is used to verify his or her Professional, educational and personal references. This helps us to verify the exact profile of the candidate.
TECHNICAL INTERVIEW This stage verifies the technical expertise of the candidate. Each candidate is subjected to a thorough technical interview. A Senior Consultant with the purpose of verifying and assessing the skills mentioned in the skill inventory application conducts this technical interview.
REFERENCE CHECKS At this stage all background checks such as educational, professional and personal references are undertaken. The entire employment history of the candidates is verified thoroughly.
